How does billing work?
When you complete a request form you will be able to add your card on file for monthly billing. We setup autobill on the same day of each month (based on start date) for our clients and always email a receipt over when billed. Initial fees may apply but that is explained in detail on our request form.
Can snow/rain affect my service schedule?
Rain typically doesnt affect a schedule and most times we can work around with slight adjustments. In the winter we do have a handful of times where snow doesn’t allow us to service a yard. If this is the case we skip and catchup on the next scheduled visit. This typically doesn’t affect clients more than 1-2 times per year.
What is your holiday policy?
We have four major holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving) we take off as well as the week from 12-25 to 1-1 each year. If your service day falls on one of these days we will skip that visit and catchup on the next scheduled service. During the Christmas week all clients are skipped that week and caught up the first week of January. We take pride in giving our team time off around holidays to enjoy a little extra time with family and friends.
How do I know if you service my part of the Kansas City Metro?
You can always text/call us at 816-866-7009 to confirm if we service an area. Most of our communities we service are also listed on our “Service Area” tab.
Does our schedule ever change?
We truly believe a set schedule is important to our customers and keep that schedule throughout the year so you can always count on when we will be there. We do adjust our overall schedule once per year and this affects some customers when we do so, but we always communicate ahead of time if we ever need to make a change.
How does pricing work?
Once you fill out a request form we will review to get you that pricing information. Most average backyards are based on how many dogs we are cleaning up after and how often you’d like us to come out. Rates are charged once per month, on the same day each month and stay consistent year round.
Do I need to do anything before arrival each visit?
Not at all, unless dogs need to be brought in while we service the yard. Some pups are comfortable with our technicians but some are not, so if we have established they are comfortable with us you shouldn’t have to do a thing. Our technicians will show up in their uniforms with marked trucks each visit so you know who is in your yard.
